YouDo Limited

Not publicly accessible YouDo took a major role in assisting M-co with it's successful implementation of a retail reconciliation system for the Electricity Commission. This system ensures all electricity put on or taken off the national grid is accounted and paid for by the correct parties.

The reconciliation system subtracts the meter readings of all businesses and households from the total taken off the national grid, including allocating the unaccounted electricity.

YouDo was the primary IT contractor to M-co for this project and the reconciliation system was delivered on time and under budget.

Prior to the reconciliation system, the YouDo directors had previously been involved in building and supporting the trading and settlement software which underpins the wholesale electricity market. These market systems process millions of records each day and settle approximately $3 billion of energy each year. The market platforms have an availability level of over 99.9%.
